Hi Hunter – As you may recall, we met at the Milken Global Conference.


While visiting with Austin Blue (son of Linden, founder of General Atomics), he presented a video of a vehicle he is working on, which I thought you might find of interest. There is a keen interest in having this vehicle support animal conservation efforts, as well as other initiatives that could benefit the World Food Program.

Also, attached is a cut sheet with specs & features. That said, the max speed is 70mph on the ground, and cruises while airborne at 36-49mph with a climb rate of 500’ p/min and can reach 18,000’. It can seat 3 people and can carry a max load of 654lbs.


Pre-production (for the marketplace) is targeted for Q1 2017, and delivery is expected by Q2. It’s the first and only FAA certified VFR/IFR Day/Night powered Parafoil (patent pending) and was purpose built for real applications in the developing world.


Please keep this close to the vest, as the program is not yet public, but Austin said I could send you this information.
