Dear Larry,

Being sensitive to your aversion to threadbare-cliches, I need to share with you not a ‘small world/6-degrees-of-separation’ story, but one of an 'elegant, hermetically-sealed virtious-circle’.
This one, naturally, starts with that quixoti-quest you took me on to Kiev a few-eons-ago to settle Ukraine’s lingering investment dispute with OPIC. Enter stage-left there our remarkable-mutual-friend-to-be: Eduard Prutnik. Yep, the same Eduard Prutnik whose very name appears at-the-bottom of this OPIC June 25, 2010 press release celebrating his visit OPIC with you (‘da Boss’), with me carrying the blissful peace agreement: http://www.opic.gov/press-releases/2010/opic-ukrainian-development-network-sign-small-business-agreement

And, yep, it is indeed your pal here, who -- in-addition-to having the privileg-of-serving with Eduard as a member the International Advisory Board of his United World charity referenced on the press release -- is also his long-time-partner in several successful business-outings.

In-the-interim, of course, brother Prutnik continued his friendship with Nikolai Zlochevskiy, who, in-turn, had the no-minor-fortune of commencing teaming with Mr. Hunter Biden. And to complete-this-virtious-circle, in a few hours I return to Dubai, not only to rejoin Eduard there (in residence with his family), but also hopefully to enjoy visiting with Mr. Zlochevskiy, on likely travel there.

A green-eye-shaded Philadelphia Lawyer would, unsurprisingly, point out that (following my Dubai meeting), for our harmonic-convergence to be totally-complete, I only need to enjoy visiting with Mr. Biden, and you Mr. Zlochevskiy. (And I do trust these visit follow, in shorter course.)

So Larry, our own wonderful relationship continues to merrily fling-out seedlings: What a treat this is! I look forward to reporting on the most recent flowerings of the same, either from Dubai, or upon my return. Meanwhile, please convey Didi’s and my warmest regards to Arlene: We trust this finds you both in the finest-of-fettles -- all is fine here on this side of the D.C- pond, thanks. (And, with Tim calling my cell a-moment-ago, he delightfully piles on with his fond regards to you.)
