I am reviewing and considering favorably, but need some additional clarification.

I need to be staffed and my best staffer is my wife who happens to be a Duke educated attorney and a seasoned high level counsel and staffer. As I mentioned, she and I have worked on many projects together and I would need her travel expenses to be included as well. We would work with your travel agency and we would prefer to have agreed upon retainer set up on auto-deposit to avoid worries about timing of payments.

In addition, as I have lowered my normal retainer fee significantly because I believe the synergies of our proposed partnership will be quite fruitful, I would not be amenable to sharing my retainer with anyone. I don't usually find it necessary to pay intermediaries in order to set up meetings and avoid that as a rule. In the event through negotiations we mutually determine an in country partner is appropriate, then I would be willing to equally share profits.

Let me know your thoughts regarding the above.
