If they are “looking” then clearly they have a need (which I have already been told).
If they have a need, I don’t know why they wouldn’t be interested
I think we need to meet with them. I leave for Australia on wed for 10 days so need to do prior or when I get back the week of aug 7

Ran this by our real estate team. We have already looked at this opportunity – and have had our broker look at it as well. It does not appear to work for us. Unless there is something new, I honestly don’t think a meeting would be productive, but if you want the opportunity to make one more pitch (presumably with something new), I’ll arrange a meeting.
