Hello again, and happy Friday.

Am re-sending the message below in case there was a technical snafu.

Please let me know if I might be of further assistance.

Have a good weekend,

Thank you again for this kind offer. Attached is a file with a few action photos featuring you, along with a collection from the lunch with General Powell in which you’re included.

Some proposed tweetable topics:

High-level briefings and strategy sessions as @USGLC makes plans for 2015 and beyond
Development and diplomacy are key parts of U.S. national security. @USGLC board meets to discuss the challenges.
Your own enthusiasm about @USGLC and being a part of its board

In a letter to the Board today, Liz will send a couple of proposed tweets for all to consider – one on the lunch with Gen. Powell, the other on the dinner with Gen. Rodriguez – together with two suggested photos.

That Powell photo is attached to this message, too. The sample tweet is: Lunch with fellow members of @USGLC<https://twitter.com/USGLC> board and General Colin Powell. Many insights into national security challenges.

Hope this helps.

Lynne

Hunter – I am on a plane to Seattle to meet with the Gates Foundation folks, so I am copying my colleague Lynne Weil, our new Director of Public Affairs at the USGLC. She actually worked for your dad when he was Chairman at the SFRC. We are lucky to have Lynne on our team and she would be delighted to help you with your wonderful offer below. We will get you pictures/and sample tweets for you and greatly appreciate your willingness to use your social media platform to advance our shared mission. Lynne will follow up with you tomorrow directly unless you would like to have her work with someone on your team. Let us know. Liz

Hunter “I thought it might be a good for me to tweet some USGLC info from the last two days. Do your communications people have anything (pictures/ messages) in particular that you think would be appropriate. That's if you think it's a good idea at all.”
