Below is a link to today's *Washington Post* op-ed by Josh Rogin on the OMB's FY 2019 proposal to cut dramatically the funding level for the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and to sever the relationship between the Endowment and its four core institutes -- NDI, the International Republican Institute, Labor's Solidarity Center and the Center for International Private Enterprise.
