According to our records, you have been assigned more than 8 discipline points this quarter, and the 7-day window to remedy any errors has closed, or there are no errors in your report due to unexcused absences. Please begin your LOP period on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 by seeing Crystal Matthews in the Dean's office before school to pick up your LOP packet. Your teachers and study hall proctors must sign the LOP sheet each period. As you know, you are required to attend study hall during all of your free periods, and you are not allowed to leave campus for lunch. if your LOP is the result of unexcused absences leading up to the holiday weekend, you will be required to fulfill three days of LOP next week. Otherwise, you will fulfill the standard five-day LOP period.</p>
<p>Your schedule will be placed in the schedule binder in the study hall. Please initial each period you attend. Remember to write down your work program period on your schedule Tuesday AM as well.</p>
<p>Failure to begin on Tuesday will result in additional LOP days commensurate with the number of incomplete days of LOP before you begin. Turn your completed LOP sheets to my office (Room 13) at the end of each day. </p>
