Dear Tenants,
As you may have seen on the news, there is an impending storm with a high wind warning from midnight tonight until 6AM Saturday morning for the DC area. The wind gusts will potentially be up to 70 mph. We kindly ask that you to remove all light or loose items from your balconies which could potentially either blow away or become a danger to you and the building.

Please of course let us know if you need any help in removing the items in order to keep the building safe.
