This will explore how dysfunctional patterns can arise in families over several generations, and result in often-hidden emotional impacts. The first session will focus on maps of several well-known families in which such patterns emerge – and give participants the tools to do their own family mapping. The second session will discuss the patterns that participants discovered, and brainstorm ways of defusing toxic influences in our present lives. If there’s enough interest, an ongoing group might form to continue such explorations. Please view the flyer for more information about how to register.
