Over the last few months, there has been an energy across this country. There is a feeling in many that what is happening at the national level is not normal and that we can start electing people that will bring back sanity to governing, bring people together and finally get some work done.

We have seen this played out in many special elections across the country. Like last week in Kentucky, in a district where 72% voted for Trump, Democrat Linda Belcher received 68% of the vote and a solid victory. If history shows us anything, it is that special elections can indicate where our midterm elections are heading, and for us here in the 4th, that means we finally get rid of Steve King -- but I have a deadline to meet. In order for us to be on pace, we have to raise $6,320 by midnight on Wednesday, February 28.

Can I count on you to help meet our deadline and pitch in?

As I mentioned before, there is a feeling and energy right now. When I am out talking with voters, they want someone who will represent them, do the job they are elected to do and solve problems. My whole career has revolved around bringing people together and creating lasting solutions. I am running to do the work for the people of the 4th District.
