Hope all is well in your world.

I understand you are currently out of the country but in case this happens to find you, I'm checking Hunter's availability to join a few members of our current and new executive committee for a meeting in our office on Wednesday, December 14th....probably from 3:00-4:30. Perhaps he could call in if he is available, but unable to attend in person?

Either way, I'll probably send out a meeting request to hold that slot and will follow up with you later.
