DAGA will return one last time to the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne
for the 2012 Winter Policy Conference on January 27 – 28. We invite you to
join us for two days of lively discussion of timely topics in one of the
country’s most beautiful venues in the Florida Keys. We hope that you will
join us this year!

_Please note that the room block will close on January 5, 2012, so please be
sure to reserve your room well in advance. __Registration will close Friday,
January 20, 2012 and we cannot guarantee space after that date. _

DAGA 2012 Winter Policy Conference Room Block by January 5, 2012. We have
blocked a limited number of rooms for our guests at a special rate of
$250.00 per night plus tax and fees on January 27-29. _We cannot guarantee
this rate or room availability if our block sells out before January 5^th,
2012 or if you do not reserve your room before January 5^th, 2012._

The Ritz Carlton requires a deposit for your first night’s stay and a credit
card number when you reserve your room; as always, you are responsible
making your reservation and for hotel costs. In the event you need to
cancel, we will do our best to resell your room, but if we cannot, and you
cancel any later than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you will be
responsible for the hotel’s cancellation fee of one night’s charge plus tax.

The conference begins with a lunch on Friday, January 27th and concludes
with a dinner on Saturday, Januaray 28th. We will send you periodic updates
as we get closer to the event and a full briefing the week before the
conference, which will include a list of Attorneys General attending and
final agenda for the conference.

Dress for the conference is business casual to resort casual. South Florida
enjoys warm weather even in late January with highs in the mid-70s and lows
in the upper 50s.
