We hope you are having a great week!
Starting Monday we will begin our preventive maintenance program at Holm. Our maintenance team will enter your apartment on the scheduled date below to change your air filters and check your smoke detectors. We will also be looking for any visible settlement cracks that have occurred in your apartment. Once we have a full list of settlement cracks we will schedule a date for them to be repaired in the coming weeks.
Schedule:
Basement Level: Monday 9/18 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
3rd and 4th floor: Tuesday 4/19 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
1st and 2nd floor: Wednesday 4/20 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
