Attached please find an update on where we are with the fundraise. The
likely schedule is to sign the SPA this week and fund by Friday December 9.
The attached file details the commitments we have received to date and
expect to receive by tomorrow. We will make a call with the final
investment size tomorrow once we have received definitive feedback from all
investors.

If there is someone missing from this list, please let me know.
