I just received a call from Christopher Heath (my friend and senior partner at Optima). They would like us to come to the office at 4pm on Thursday Npvember 17th. I have accepted, but Hunter, we need to discuss (which I will do with Eric on Monday). I don't know how far along they are in their approval process. Since you will be in NY anyway and since they won't approve working with us without meet you (and you them), I think we should both go to the meeting.
