CNN said on Monday that the White House has fully restored correspondent Jim Acosta's press pass and that its lawsuit against the administration is no longer necessary.

The move comes three days after a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to temporarily reinstate Acosta's pass, and after the administration initially said it still planned to pull his credentials once that order expired.
