FYI, you have 2 more payments to Lotito. One on December 1st and one on January 1st. I don't think you have the cash if you are going to be responsible for the total amounts each month, but anytime we want to try and come up with the cash and finally be done with this there is no reason you have to wait until January 1st. The monthly payment is $5442 or a total for two months of $10,884. I might mention the same to Sara. If they could come up with $5442 this month you could send two checks on December 1st and be done. No real advantage other than giving you personal satisfaction of paying early - unless you'd rather string it out and make him wait.
