Dear Seniors,

We wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving break where you enjoy time with your loved ones.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year as it was meant to be and can be simple - no expectations of gift giving, no buildup, no lists of obligations or shopping. It should also be a time of no "college talk."

Some important information the CCO would like to share with you:

· December 3: Students must write in the log book all schools for regular decision. As noted in the last week's college workshop, December 3 is the deadline but students have flexibility to make small changes to the list as needed through December 28 (which can help as students receive news regarding early applications in mid-December). Please make sure to communicate this deadline, along with its flexibility, to your parents.

· December 19: This is the last day that students can submit essays for a January 1/15 deadline that the CCO can guarantee will be reviewed.

Please note the CCO is closed until Monday, November 26 and all phone voice mails and emails will be returned at that time.
