"When VP Biden’s son came to Chihuahua last month, he met with a Mr. Eloy VALLINA. The Vallina family is one of the wealthiest in Chihuahua with ownership of, and interest in, a number of important businesses. On Saturday, Mr. VALLINA’s son-in-law, Lucindo CARRILLO RUIZ, was shot five times in an attempted hit at a restaurant. He is still alive. CARRILLO RUIZ is a known member of the Juarez Cartel and the nephew of Vicente CARRILLO FUENTES (VCF), the head of the Juarez Cartel."
