I am supposed to talk to Matt Thornton tomorrow at 9am to discuss how to go forward with these guys. If you are around a little later, wanted your thoughts on how to approach this. If they'll do it, my approach was going to be $10K a month and a percentage of sales, but I think we may get pushback on the retainer.
