Gilbert-

Apologies for the delay in getting this back to you, but Hunter, Devon and I have all reviewed the draft agreement you put together and are fine with it. I accepted all the changes on your draft and am sending it back to you. I have copied George Mesires and George Martin of Faegre Baker Daniels as well as they may have some suggested changes, but at least from Hunter’s, Devon’s and my perspective we are all good with the substance of the agreement.

Let us know what next steps are to get the shares transferred.
