I needed a temp to help with insurance processing-

She worked one 4-hour shift and I asked the agency not to send her back
because she was not a fit and I was not paying $30 hour for this
person//the right person maybe this one NEVER-

She proceeded to call me like an insane person-
Email me insane messages-
And now has posted a false review on Google-

I've contacted Google, both the review department and their legal
department and provided her emails to them-

I sent her one final email telling her to have no more contact with BWW-
She has since emailed a few more times, I am just saving them and not
responding-

My question is whether I involve our lawyer or let this play out with
Google first and if there are any grounds for sending a letter to her to
stop and do I consider posting a reply to her review- - -

I need to tell Keith but I know he will want to tear her down so I want to
be careful with how I put the information together for him- She is
obviously unstable and deserves kindness but at the same time I cannot have
her putting lies out there about BWW...
