I am authorized to accept service but I am at a loss as to understand how that will be of help to anyone. We have developed a proposal. I just need his approval on the final drafting of it before I can send it to you. Litigation, as you know, will not provide an expeditious solution to any of the pressing problems Hunter and Kathleen are facing. It will just cost them more money.

This case needs creative solutions and I don't think we will get that in DC Superior Court.

But it's your client's decision, obviously, and I will accept service on Hunter's behalf of what you file.

Have you heard anything back from Hunter? Please understand that the mortgage has not been paid, the life insurance premium has not been paid, the taxes have not been paid, the house keeper has not been paid, and Kathleen has no money for Christmas presents, Christmas plane tickets, or any other of her ongoing family expenses. We will be filing in the morning. Please let me know if you are accepting service.
