Arlene,

I hope you had a great weekend. This is a difficult email to write and I'm
sorry I waited until the last minute to fill you in. Tomorrow I will be
starting an outpatient day treatment program for eating issues. I have been
struggling with these issues for quite some time now and unfortunately it
has reached a point where I have finally accepted it is time to get help.
The program is 9am-2pm Monday- Friday for at least 6 weeks. I plan on coming
into the office afterwards whenever I do not have other doctor/nutritionist
appointments outside of the program. I will have a better idea of what days
those will be when I start. Tomorrow I do not plan on coming back to the
office in the afternoon since I'm not sure what my emotional state will be
and I want to make sure I digest everything that is going on. I will be
online anytime after 2pm and will continue to work on whatever is necessary
(ie monthly update). I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it
is a necessary step for my health and well being. Thank you for
understanding.
