As of August 1, 2010, participation in the D.C. Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program will become mandatory for all D.C. Bar members (with certain limited exceptions) who possess IOLTA-eligible client funds. The D.C. Bar is seeking your help as a solo practitioner or a member of a law firm to measure what educational methods you may have used (if any) to learn about the revised D.C. IOLTA rules, and what educational methods you may be likely to use in the future.
