Hi Guys,


Thanks again, to each of you, for the extra effort to make the event
tomorrow night a success. Things have come together nicely for this event.

I believe that we are at $35,000 in solid pledges, and there are a lot of
potential additions. I expect 40-45 guests. It is such a busy week, I
anticipate that people will come and go.


I wanted to get back to you regarding the program tomorrow night.


I know that we all want to keep the program brief and informal.


This is the plan.


It would be great if we can all arrive as close to 6 pm as possible. Chris
has a donor who wants to meet him at 5:45 pm at Alston & Bird. So we will
be there early.


We will plan to start the program around 6:30 pm, or as we get a good group
of participants at one time.


Jonathon Jones has agreed to Kick Off the program by making welcoming
remarks to the group.

He will then introduce Hunter Biden.


Hunter Biden will make remarks and introduce Chris Coons.


Chris Coons will speak for 4-5 minutes. Open it up to 10 mins of Q&A.

Then go back to mingling for the duration of the event.
