FYI, talked to Joe McHugh. He said the new procurement decision will be sooner rather than later although they are still working through the financing issue. He expects that they will brief the Board on this at their next meeting at the end of July as there are three new members and they want to bring them up to speed, but he said they have all the information they need and this shouldn't get dragged out much longer.
