* NEW TIME! - Group Meditation BY PHONE OR IN PERSON - Arlington Heights
Sundays at 5:00pm. Via phone conference or in person in Arlington Heights. Please arrive on time since we will start promptly at 5:05 pm. If you are coming in person and are late and want to join the group refresher session at 5:30 pm, then please come in quietly and go in the room downstairs and time your own meditation. If you are dialing in the conference line please do not announce yourself after 5:05 pm. If you hear silence that means we have begun our meditation session. Also mute your phones so we don't hear the any background noise. Conference line: 605-475-3220 / Access Code 744 046# or 408 N Windsor Drive. TM Refresher will begin following group meditation. (Registration Required)


TM Review or Follow-up Meetings - Chicago Suburbs:

Review of the principles of your TM practice, questions and answers on personal experiences, group TM check, and short video. These meetings are recommended at least once a month for the first four months of your TM practice

(Registration Required-Address provided- if you don't already have it- upon registration)

* Orland Park: Dec 18 at 1:30 pm

TM Introductory Talks (1–1.5 hours) Introduce friends, family, and colleagues to the benefits of the TM technique. Intro Talks are offered most Sundays at 3:30pm and Fridays at 12 noon, at our Arlington Heights location. We also offer Intro Talks in Oakbrook Terrace most Mondays at 5pm.
