3. My taxes were withheld because of the outstanding bill to the IRS. You owe me $5,345, the amount withheld from me for your tax bill.

4. Per the MSA, you are to give us access to your tax returns. Bill Morgan said he just needs an email from you giving him permission. Can you please do that asap?

5. I just heard from my dad that you told him you weren’t going to pay them back because it wasn’t in the agreement.
