Dear Member,

I am writing to inform you that new steam boilers have arrived and next
week the boilers for the ladies steam room and the mens front steam room
will be replaced. This will permanently resolve any issues we have been
experiencing with the steam rooms being down or steam not being sufficient
or hot enough.
The installation of the boilers also involves the removal of the old
boilers which will result in those two steam rooms being out of service
for a full week. Additionally, the work will create noise and possibly
some construction dust in the locker rooms.
The work will start on Monday December 19th and will be completed the
following weekend on or around Saturday December 24th.
The steam room in the back of the mens locker room will remain open during
this time.

We realize that the winter time is not ideal for a closure of our steam
rooms, however we have scheduled this mandatory work during this week as
our hotel's occupancy is lowest and the disruption for hotel guests with
noise from this installation will be minimal. This will also ensure that
moving into the coldest months of the winter, we will have brand new and
well operating steam rooms available for all to enjoy.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you and
appreciate your patience while we continue to improve our facility and
equipment.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist.

Stay Healthy,

Julia
