Hello -

Thank you all for taking the time to meet with us on Monday. I hope the vision Patty and I laid out makes sense. We’ve mad a lot of progress over the last month and are excited to get some programming dollars out the door.

I’ve attached the materials we handed out on Monday. If you have any further questions about what we propose to do, let us know. We’re happy to drill down in to any of the programming goals. If possible, we would like final approval from all of you on our programming goals by Wednesday of next week, so we can work with Lea Carpenter, who volunteered to help us draft content for the website.

We would like to be able to roll out our announcement of programming and launch our website by the end of the month. Here’s our proposed time line:

Week of Feb 8
Open bank account, open merchant account for online donations.
Approval of DE programming goals
Work with Lea Carpenter do develop content for website, descriptions of programming

Week of Feb 15
Complete merchant account process
Complete website content
Draft email announcement/press release
Draft snail mail thank you to donors

Week of Feb 22
Switch social account to foundation
Soft launch of website
Press release/email announcement
Approval of snail mail thank you

Week of Feb 29
(pending printing of foundation collateral) Send snail mail thank you.
