Access to this home is by keypad.lock. Just enter the access code and the door will unlock. The door automatically locks 30 seconds after opening. You will need to use the code each time you enter the home. This code will only work from 4pm on check in day to 10am on check out day.

Tips about the Keypad Lock:

- To lock door, press Schlage on the Keypad.

Special Note: during the cold weather, please pull door towards you while pressing Schlage button. That helps the deadbolt catch.

- To unlock door, enter the code, and the door will unlock.

- If you mis-enter the code, just press Schlage to reset, and start again.

Master Bed is made. Sheets are provided for guest room and guest cottage. Clean towels are placed on each bed. Please bring your own beach towels.

Each home comes with 1 roll of paper towels, and each bathroom will have 1 roll of toilet paper. You will also have access to a gas grill.


Please note, this property has 3 separate entrances:

- Main Entrance - Front door with keypad lock. This should be the primary means for enterring and leaving the property.

- Back Entrance - Single door from the kitchen leads to the deck. This entrance should be locked by guests when leaving the property.

- Back Entrance - French Doors, inthe living room, lead to the deck. This entrance should be locked by guests when leaving the property.


Items you will need to bring with you: extra paper products, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials you will need to make your vacation enjoyable.


Check-in Time is at 4pm and Check-out Time is at 10am.


Please remember there is No Smoking allowed and No Pets allowed at this home.
