Paul Manafort was found guilty Tuesday on at least one count in his tax- and bank-fraud trial in Alexandria, Virginia.

The conviction is the first secured at trial by special counsel Robert Mueller's team. In total, President Donald Trump's former campaign chairman faces 18 charges in the Virginia trial.

Manafort is also expected to stand trial next month on a separate set of federal charges in Washington, D.C.
