If your child has a <strong>new medical diagnosis (or there is an update pertaining to a previously documented medical diagnosis) that requires medical intervention during the school day</strong> and you have not yet shared this with the Health Services Office, please call the Health Services Office at your earliest convenience at 202-537-8130. Examples would include:</span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt">Diabetes, seizures, ulcerative colitis, POTS, migraines, etc.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt">Recent surgery that has caused physical restrictions that could impact your child’s ability to navigate around the campus or fully participate in PE/athletics</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt">Any new physical limitation</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt">If you have already shared an ongoing medical diagnosis or other health information with the Health Services Office this summer, there is no need to contact us at this time.</span></p>
