Hi Dan & Mike,

I hope you guys are doing well and getting used to the altitude.

In preparation for a site visit to SF, we'd like to help get the team briefed on the overall opportunity and have a Q&A with you.

I think the main areas we'd like to cover are:


1. Deal structure, terms and key investors

2. Current governance of the portfolio and management company - key players & stakeholders

3. Overview of the portfolio and underlying obligations

4. Overview of management company capabilities

5. Any intangible or qualitative insight / comments / risks (people, unique situations, etc.)

6. Expanded real estate opportunity / leverage of current platform

(Team - please add any additional suggestions or clarification of what you'd like covered or any key questions)

We can definitely dive deeper into the areas during the site visit; we'd just like to cover some ground prior so the team comes in warmed up.

Could we do a conference call / webex sometime next week? Would Tuesday or Thursday afternoon work for you? Say 2pm EST / 12pm MST either day?
