Members of the Truman Center & Truman Project Boards, Our community has been in the business of talking about the dangers of a Trump presidency for quite some time now; from the hard work of electoral politics to the individual op-eds members across the country are writing, Truman members never cease to impress in their application of knowledge- and values-based arguments to keep Trump far from the White House. This week, we rolled out one more way to make that argument: *Choose Your Own Trumpventure* <http://trumanproject.org/home/trumpventure>. If you didn’t read those choose your own ending-style books in the '80s and '90s, the concept was pretty simple: you (the player) read along a narrative and made choices. Those choices would steer the plot in one direction or another, arriving at a number of different resolutions to your story. Thanks to the hard work of Truman staff and Truman members and led by our Communications Director Graham West, we’ve applied this concept to a Trump presidency. Taking Trump at his word, he’s proposing some pretty disastrous policies for the United States and our leadership abroad. *Choose Your Own Trumpventure* <http://trumanproject.org/home/trumpventure> takes some guesses at the consequences of his proposals and explores how those tangent to his administration might try and stop the damage. We’ve already seen a couple of media mentions in POLITICO’s *Morning Defense* <http://www.politico.com/tipsheets/morning-defense> and the Washington Posts’ *Plum Line* <https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/plum-line/wp/2016/10/18/arsonist-donald-trump-wants-to-torch-our-democracy-he-will-fail/?utm_term=.723edd508ecf>; you can also go directly to the *Choose Your Own Trumpventure* <http://trumanproject.org/home/trumpventure> landing site. There are five short games to play, each dealing specifically with a different area of policy. If you like the idea and want to help us get it out there, thanks in advance for sharing it far and wide! As always, thank you all for your continued engagement and support.
