See below. This mtg is a result of Liz Smith connecting me to USAID political staff. My major concern is that once again, I am getting passed around to mid and low level staff who just won't be able to make things happen.......I will likely do the mtg to be responsive, but don't expect much in terms of progress......arriving in Wilmington in an hour.....D
