I interviewed this guy when I was in DC on Thursday. Perfectly competent, married guy in his 30s, who is basically bored working for McCord when he's not up. As a bonus, he works now with NGP, our database system that is a pain in the ass to learn and operate (one of the biggest time-consumers is running lists for Dennis, so we need someone familiar with NGP). I talked to Jake Perry, one of his references, who said Joe is definitely capable and qualified. As far as I'm concerned, this guy can get it done. I haven't spoken to Beau yet.
