LR talked to Pedro. Not going to happen on the advisory contract side. But, Lorenzo called his bluff and told him we couldn't do it if we didn't have a contract in hand and he was free to work with the Jesuit former COS. Pedro immediately said, no they wouldn't do that - they wanted to work with us - the Jesuit isn't a good guy - blah, blah, blah; just trust me, we'll get it done, go ahead and do this for me and we'll figure it out. LR said sorry we can't. Don't want to jeopardize any long term relationship we might have by negotiating further on a advisory contract. Feel free to have your people call the Governor's office directly. Bottom line, I feel good about this. I also feel good LR showed Pedro we weren't desperate and could walk away. Only so long they can treat us like this. I believe we'll hear from them again. And I feel good that Lorenzo sees the light - first time in a while I feel like he is on our team and not Pedro's.
