It appears that the Interim Haiti Reconstruction Commission (IHRC) which
Pres Clinton co-chairs w/ Haitian Prime Minister is another great place for
us to focus on. I think we can take Amb's letter, DWS letter, video and
this will help our efforts tremendously. Probably need to connect this dot,
if possible. This commission is overseeing reconstruction and the money
down to Haiti.
