To help avoid gaps in coverage for new college graduates and other young adults, Administaff is pleased to notify you of our early implementation of adult child coverage to age 26. Beginning June 1, 2010, under most Administaff coverage options, coverage will be automatically continued for already-enrolled adult children who would otherwise lose eligibility for Administaff Group Health Plan (Plan) coverage due to the Plan’s current age limits (“age off”) between June 1 and Dec. 31, 2010. This rule will also apply to individuals currently receiving COBRA benefits. (Special rules apply for adult children covered under UnitedHealthcare Options PPO Hawaii, as well as all Choice Plus Maryland Small Business coverage options – please see the “Extended Coverage” link above.)

We Will Notify Your Affected Employees
In early June, Administaff will notify [http://app.en25.com/e/er.aspx?s=227&lid=2782&elq=9b61f527b92c45fc9a29f0f7a8f710a8] affected employees with currently enrolled adult children who would otherwise “age off” coverage between June 1 and Dec. 31, 2010. Each such dependent will be permitted to remain on the Plan until his or her 26th birthday, with no further action required of the employee or the adult child.
