In an effort to bring some focus and clarity to any potential business opportunities I would like to suggest the following.

What I thought we would do today, but got side tracked, was to talk about the entity involved on Mohammed's side, the expectations of Mohammed and some assemblance of an outline about how to proceed.

I was not in the meeting that was held in DC so I don't have first hand knowledge of what was discussed regarding best and highest use of Hunter's time, however it seems that the following three catagories are in his wheel house.

1) Rail; high speed and traditional
2) Alternative energy; primarily wind and solar
3) Power

It seems from today's brief conversation that projects on this nature exist in Abu Dabhi and Saudi and that Mohammed's group has the ability to bring qualified companies in to fill the needs.
Mohammed is supposed to be emailing Hunter with the Power projects I believe, but it would be helpful to have a sense of what, specifically, exists in the three catagories above.

I also think in order to streamline the calls, visits, etc it would be good for Hunter to know the following, and I am writing this to both of you so please feel free to add or detract as either of you see fit.
I do not want to waste one more minute of Hunter's time or Mohammed's time without having some knowledge with specificity about what is expected of Hunter and what his compensation will be.
1- What exactly is the name of the entity that will engage Hunter, who owns it, and where is it domiciled?
2- What exactly do you want Hunter/Rosemont Seneca to do
3- What is the proposed compensation fee structure.


I think there is great opportunity here, but we need to focus on specifics, memorialize some sort of working document and get clear direction about what is needed, when it is needed and make a plan to commence.
