FYI, Aqua Sciences signed an MOU today with the state of Delaware to locate their facilities in Delaware. It is just an MOU but it is a huge first step and is a big deal for them. You'll recall we took Ormazabal to Delaware the same week we took Aqua Sciences to the state and you can see the speed at which Aqua moved compared to Ormazabal. Eric D.
