Donald Trump was rushed off stage by Secret Service agents after a disturbance in the crowd at a Reno, Nevada, rally Saturday.

Amid scenes of chaos near the front of the stage, a man was escorted out of the crowd by agents.

The Republican nominee appeared unharmed back on stage several minutes later, finishing his speech.

"Nobody said it was going to be easy for us, but we will never be stopped. I wanna thank the Secret Service. They don't get enough credit. They're amazing. So let's get back," Trump said on his return to the stage.

In a statement released after the incident, Trump said: "I would like to thank the United States Secret Service and the law enforcement resources in Reno and the state of Nevada for their fast and professional response. I also want to thank the many thousands of people present for their unwavering and unbelievable support. Nothing will stop us - we will make America great again!"
