Don't want to harp on it but I do want to make sure we're on the same
page. A lot of this is on us. We go through this self-introspection
every 3-4 weeks and at the end of the day we decide that we have no
choice and this is what we need to do and we suck it up. But if there
are concrete things we need to do to make things better let's do them
and let's not let one of these introspective periods pass again and be
back at square one. You and I alone know what we feel comfortable
doing and instinctively know what we can make money doing and what is
a waste of time. I know we are still in a position where we have to
take clients we don't want to but at least we can stand our ground and
tell Iberdrola "don't ask us to arrange a meeting with Browner - we
won't do it" and stand our ground about it. We can be more assertive
on these things - we just need to decide how far we want to push it
and whether the angst we are feeling is different than the regular
monthly angst or something we really need to do something about. I
have some ideas on some things we can do to right the ship in the
immediate. Then we can decide if we need to do more than that.
Anyway, try not to go to crazy tomorrow - talk later.
