One thing we need to figure out from Lorenzo before we decide on CAF vs. Talgo is what the splits are. I think one reason Lorenzo is pushing CAF more is because he may think CAF is a 50/50 split and Talgo is 75/25. But I don't know. I think if we do Talgo we may want to keep the retainer 75/25 but tell Lorenzo any upside from sales on Talgo down the road is 50/50 (if we need to - if not, let's keep it 75/25). -- Eric D.
