Attached you will find the investor summary as well as the financials on First Mariner Bank out of Baltimore. As we discussed in person last week, there are several large families committed to the deal already however we are looking for a couple of additional families / co-invest funds to help us fill out the remaining equity. The buyout price is $155MM and to date, roughly 80% of that capital is committed. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and to finding a time before the holiday to sit with your team and discuss the possibility of having you co-invest with us.
