It was our pleasure to meet with you this evening. I thought we had a
productive meeting reviewing the draft materials and discussing the overall
Rosemont Seneca Energy concept. I think we are all in general agreement on
the concept and how to proceed on launching the venture.


Attached is the draft overview Presentation as well as the draft
Authorization Letter that we reviewed in our meeting. Please send us your
comments so we can revise accordingly.


Rob, Matt and I are meeting on Monday in New York to continue to detail the
business plan and create an operating plan for Rosemont Seneca Energy. Any
input that you can provide prior to our meeting on Monday would be greatly
appreciated.


We will send you a status on our progress by the end of next week.


Rob will also be in touch with you about his trip to India in January or
February of the new year.
