Saw Frank at a luncheon today at Del Tech. He confirmed that Hunter had
reached out to him over the Holidays to invite him to join the board and he
accepted.
He asked if I could have someone send him some information -- maybe minutes
from last couple of board meetings and post recent financials plus dates
for upcoming board meetings as soon as possible --
