Dear Members of the Chairman's Council,

We invite you to attend the 6:30 pm, Monday, January 29 NDI Board of
Directors dinner and the 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, January 30 NDI Board of
Directors meeting, in Washington, DC. Please RSVP to me by January 19.

The Board dinner will be held at Covington & Burling, 850 10th Street NW.
Our guest for the off-the-record dinner discussion will be Nadia Schadlow,
senior director for strategy on the National Security Council. The Board of
Directors meeting will be held at NDI.

Should you wish to attend the dinner, we request that you help us minimize
interruptions by indicating your entree choice from these options: Herb
Roasted Chicken Breast, Grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin, Seared Cauliflower
Steak.
